Nutrimost Suing Over Pirated Video

One of the most popular new diet plans in the industry, Nutrimost, is suing a rival company over what they say stolen intellectual property. They are accusing Healthy Living, a Pennsylvania-based health and weight loss company of stealing a promotional video off of their website and using it for their own gain on their site. Neither company has commented publicly on the matter so far as it is still in court.

It stands to reasons why someone would want to steal from Nutrimost. The diet plan has been one of the fastest growing diet plans in the United States ever since it was debuted. This is because of the great results that it has had for many of its users. Some people have reportedly lost 30 lbs or more in just their 30 days. These are great results that you don’t see with a lot of plans.

Another reason, outside of the proven results, that people are attracted to the plan is the method in which it is administered. This weight loss plan uses the NRF (Nutrimost Resonant Frequency) to help with weight loss. It doesn’t use any sort of medication or impossible to follow diet plans.

The video that is posted on the Healthy Living site is very similar to that of the Nutrimost video. The only main difference is that the new video seemed to have altered the main slogan. Other than that, everything is about the same.

They have taken the matter to court after Healthy Living ignored the cease and desist order that Nutrimost sent last fall. Nutrimost is suing for $300,000 for damages to their reputation. They are also asking for a court order to prevent them from using the video or any video similar to the original again on their website. Neither side has yet to comment.

THE ELLEGANT CUISINE AND ATMOSPHERE OF TARALLUCCI E VINO

Deep within the culture of the Italian people is a love of good food and wine. Important occasions are never celebrated without some form of pasta and aged wine included in the planning. Many great chefs have matured in this environment and have recognized the words”tarallucci e vino.” They come from a tradition that holds all problems can be solved over a glass of wine and an Italian cookie called the “tarallucci.”

Luco di Petro, born in Abruzzo, in the heart of this culinary culture, eventually found himself running a subsidiary of an Italian coffee shop in New York City. Recognizing that the “Italian” ingredient was missing in the dining choices of the city, he opened a “café” in 2001 . He sought to capture the unique warmth and elegant atmosphere of the old country’s bar for his friends in his new city. His pastries were always fresh. His staff was friendly and efficient. His menu was pure Italian. His restaurant became very popular. It was the parent of what is now a group of restaurants bearing the crest “Tarallucci e vino.” As each new venture was created, it was important to allow space for a “big room” to accommodate big occasions. These have become extremely popular for weddings, parties, and elegant Italian celebrations.

The five exclusive Italian restaurants are Union square, The Cooper Hewitt, Upper West Side, East Side Village, and The Nomad. A variety of specials are offered at different locations and different times. Cooper Hewitt offered picnic baskets in June and Union Square has televised soccer games. Private and corporate parties are carefully managed and fresh produce comes from Market Square. Specialty wines are secured from Italy’s family owned grape vineyards which are sometimes one of a kind.

These unique Italian restaurants have brought the heart of Italian culture, with its love of food and friends, to its tables in New York City. A toast of gratitude is in order.

Brad Reifler Talks ‘Money Monster’ and Investments

If you pay much attention to the financial world or the entertainment world then the film ‘Money Monster’ has likely crossed your desk. In the movie ‘Money Monster’ an unhappy investor by the name of Kyle Budwell crashes the set of an investment tip show called ‘Money Monster’ which is hosted by Lee Gates, played by George Clooney. Budwell, as it turns out, lost everything he owned on a bad tip by Gates and now he is demanding some answers — live on air, with a bomb strapped to his chest. While the movie is dramatic and fictional it recounts a realistic tale of the small time investor. This is something that Forefront Capital CEO Brad Reifler finds interesting enough to tackle on his own.

Reifler has long been a proponent of small time investors and he decided to take some time to outline some of the major issues that theses small investors are facing in their lives. Before we dip into Reifler’s tips we need to understand the different levels of investors. There are two kinds of investors: accredited and non accredited. Accredited investors are worth at least $1 million excluding their real estate. Non accredit investors are everybody else. The accredited investors have quite an advantage over their comparably poor counterparts. The three main problems that Reifler points out are as follows.

First off, Reifler points out that fees are a gigantic issue on Wall Street. The larger firms charge borderline unbearable management fees no matter how well their clients are actually doing. This makes it so that brokers are always cashing in even if their clients are failing as a result.

Second, investors of the non accredited variety are routinely stifled when it comes to accessing better investments. The SEC considers non accredited investors to be somehow less capable than their wealthier counterparts, limiting their ability to invest in efficient areas.

Finally, the stock market is inherently risky and the only option most non accredit investors have. This means that the climb up the ladder of investment is tied intrinsically to the hardest investment area to conquer — not very fair.  There’s more about Brad at his official website.

Andy Wirth Is Bringing a World of Fun to People

Most people spend a fair amount of time thinking about nature. It’s a rare person who hasn’t considered the fun offered by an exciting day spent on the slopes.

And at the same time it’s easy to conjure up images of a warm cup of hot chocolate after spending all that time on the slopes. Learn more about Andy Wirth: https://www.facebook.com/FriendsOfSquawValley/posts/10152191670133708

But most people never move beyond simply dreaming about such an adventure. But one man believes he’s up to the task of convincing people to give nature a chance. This man is Andy Wirth, and he’s recently been appointed chairman of the Reno-Tahoe Airport Authority Board.

The position is largely concerned with getting people off the of couch and onto a plane. And in particular these are planes which are headed off into some of the most beautiful natural landscapes which anyone could ever hope to see. It might seem like an easy sell at first.

But again, people are becoming more and more sedentary these days. People might know that they’d have fun if they simply ventured out for a great day of sunlight and fresh air. But just because someone knows it’s going to be great doesn’t mean they’re going to actually go for it.

The position isn’t just about showing people the sights. It’s about actually prompting them with real calls to action that’ll get them off of their couches and into adventure.

And this is exactly why Andy Wirth is the perfect person for the position. Locals know him as the CEO of Squaw Valley Ski. He’s done an amazing job in that position to prompt people to check out the sheer wonder and majesty of that range. But people further away might know him best as a death defying CEO.

Andy Wirth caught national attention when a skydiving accident caused rather severe physical injuries. And his recovery and desire to push his limits inspired the public to do the same. His love of the natural world was enough to push him to recover his health in order to get back into it.

This, in turn, prompted others to follow his lead and see what the world has to offer. It’s clear that Andy Wirth will be able to offer that same enthusiasm in his new position as well.

Wonder Woman

Sometimes we learn about people in this world who are manifesting in the best possible way, and are doing so much good, you know their legacy will be that of philanthropy and goodwill. It is so nice to find out that someone who has truly “made it” is, in fact, giving others a hand-up as well. Malini Saba, the Chairman of Saban, which is a company with varied financial interests around the globe, is just this type of person. Most anything you read about Ms. Saba may first speak of her many successes in business, yet shortly thereafter there will undoubtedly be information about her undying altruism, and how she is indeed helping others, and not just helping herself.

The word generosity is not spoken of very often, or at least in the true sense it is not. In fact, it has become the linchpin of a lot of sarcastic vernacular! Some people make it a point to give all they have, and when they feel they have nothing to give, they try to be of service to others. Born in Malaysia, and being raised in Australia, Ms. Saba left down-under and headed to the United States with just $200 and a dream, perhaps wealthy by some immigrants standards! That said, she and her boyfriend rented a tiny apartment off the Stanford campus while they pursued their education.

Generosity would be the hallmark of Malini Saba‘s first venture, “Stree,” which provides access for women to healthcare as well as serving to make them legally empowered by giving access to litigious services. Malini Saba, who initially did start out by working in venture capital (VC) in Silicon Valley, found it difficult to get into a VC group and promote her own ideas. With no options available to join a VC group, she did what any smart woman would: Malini founded her own VC firm called “Saban.”

Several successful years later, Ms. Saba’s daily routine begins at 5 A.M., when she takes calls with some of her commodity interests in China, and then shortly thereafter walks her daughter to school! She also makes time to pick her daughter up every day, as she does not believe in relegating the responsibilities of parenthood to hired unknowns. This very busy is able to juggle all of this successfully largely because she has one method for making the right moves: she bucks trends! She looks at what is going on, and she does the opposite. This appears to have served her well, and will likely to continue to do so because all markets run in cycles, so by going in the opposite direction, your are betting the pendulum will swing, and indeed it shall!
